I had four sessions with Pam McGovern. It's amazing what you can discover about yourself in that short amount of time with the right health coach. Pam was very easy to connect with conversationally, which enabled me to respond openly and without any worry about being judged. Pam also would reflect back to me things that I had said, and it's as if she could pick out the positives of my situation--although I had mainly focused on my negatives. By our 4th session, I could see pretty clearly that I have a habit of feeling a need to tell my shortcomings--even though realistically I had done very well on agreed upon assignments. Overall, it truly felt wonderful to have someone help me on my health journey by helping me crystallize steps I should take, and then CARE about my successes. Thank you Pam!

Pam is a kind and passionate coach who will help you work through barriers towards your health goals. She helped me recognize the imposter syndrome I was feeling in a new career path was not a valid reason to give up on my desire to help others. She also helped me work through sleep issues I was having which is a common problem for post menopausal women. I highly recommend her for compassionate guidance.

Even coaches need coaches! Pam is an excellent health coach. I was having a hard time committing to my goals and would go into my coaching calls feeling like I wasn't doing well. Pam used her excellent coaching skills and strategies to help me see the good in what I had done, explore my challenges, and come up with realistic ways to keep moving forward. As a fellow coach, I knew when she was using coaching tools in our conversations and I usually get stuck in my "coach mindset" when this happens. But Pam was able to get me engaged in my own journey instead and helped me make progress. Not many coaches can do this for me. I highly recommend her as a health coach!
