There are lots of theories on this, but it really depends several things, including what the habit is and how long you've been doing it.  The good news is you can re-program your brain and develop healthy lifestyle habits. Whether you want to improve your sleep, start a mindfulness practice, reduce alcohol consumption, quit smoking or make time for exercise, I'll help you develop new habits that will last a lifetime.

You don't have to do it alone. As your accountability partner I will  provide support every step of the way. I'll help you stay motivated, challenge limiting beliefs, plan for obstacles, and stay on track to achieve your health and fitness goals.

Coaching Packages Start At $225

 All packages include 1:1 coaching sessions via telephone or video. The first session is 45-minutes and the remaining sessions are 30-minutes in duration. Sessions can be scheduled weekly or bi-weekly.


During our time together we will:

  • Develop your individualized health vision and plan
  • Learn about your values and strengths
  • Identify and challenge limiting beliefs and old mindsets that are holding you back
  • Plan for any barriers or obstacles
  • I will also provide you support in-between our scheduled sessions via email & text
