I am a passionate, empathetic coach that loves to partner with my clients in developing creative, evidence-based solutions to the challenges of health in midlife.
Like many women, I’ve struggled with dieting, my relationship with food and exercise, and being satisfied with my body. I’ve also struggled with anxiety, work-related stress, a heart condition and learning to live with a pacemaker. Now that I am in my mid-50s, I've had to adapt to the changes brought on by menopause, which can be quite a challenge!
One thing I have learned is that it is very difficult to make positive change from a negative place. Guilt and restriction are terrible motivators! Years ago, I was fortunate to work with a very compassionate and knowledgeable registered dietician and coach who, through mindfulness, compassionate inquiry and thoughtful exploration, allowed me to develop new ways to address and change my old habits and limiting beliefs. I’ve used that experience to adapt how I approach being healthy, especially as I grow older. These experiences have led me to dedicate my practice to helping women discover their own positive pathways to being healthy.

I love to cook (and eat!) and baking is one of my passions. I also love being out in the woods and take every chance I can to explore the mountains and forests of NH where I live with with my husband and our 2 fur-babies.
I achieved the National Board Certification in Health & Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC), which represents the profession’s highest standard. I am also certified as a Personal Trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and hold a credential as a Behavior Change Specialist.
I am a professional member of IDEA, The Center for Mindful Eating (TCME) and the American Council of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM).
