Meet Pam McGovern, NBC-HWC

My work is deeply shaped by lived experience. Like many women in leadership, I have navigated chronic stress, anxiety, evolving health needs, and the physical and emotional transitions that come with midlife. These experiences strengthened my empathy and reinforced a core belief: sustainable success must support the whole person, not just the role we occupy. I partner with individuals, teams, and organizations to build healthier, more resilient ways of working without sacrificing performance. With over 30 years of experience as a senior IT and executive leader, I understand firsthand the realities of high-stakes environments and the toll sustained pressure can take on both people and results. As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I integrate real world executive leadership with evidence-based wellness strategies to help people reduce stress, build resilience, and lead with clarity, authenticity, and compassion.

Through coaching, workshops, and organizational programs, I support the creation of workplace cultures where individuals and teams can truly connect and thrive. I live in the New Hampshire mountain region with my husband of 20+ years, my dog Sadie, and spicy cat Winston. I find grounding and joy in baking, cooking, and embracing the slower rhythms of life beyond the workday.
